The Hotel & Restaurant Association acknowledged hygiene challenges in the industry.
Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde revealed plans for a stringent law to combat milk adulteration. He advocated for severe measures, including non-bailable offenses, to protect public health. Joint efforts by the Food and Drug Administration and the Dairy Development Department will be initiated to address this issue urgently.
