    1. Provide us with your email, mobile number and mailing address so we can send you important account alerts and information.

    Access your accounts 24/7, wherever you are

      1. Download our mobile app— search for Northwest Bank in the app store and look for the Northwest logo
      2. Enroll in online and mobile banking through the app or on your computer here.
      3. Enter your personal information with the seven-digit activation code that's provided
      4. Next, choose to send a six-digit secure access code (SAC), which is different than the activation code, as a text or voice message to a telephone number we have on file.
      5. Enter your SAC, click submit. Then, choose your password, review your information and accept our terms and conditions.
